Moss & Meadow offers artistic florals and styling for weddings, events, and editorials. With a signature garden-style approach to design, our aim is to transform your space to create a unique, visually rich experience for you and your guests.  

We provide a full-service experience, beginning with an initial design consultation and proposal, through to the setup and breakdown of your event.

From intimate gatherings to large events, our team will take care of every floral detail. 

Our PRocess

We'll take it from here! Our dedicated floral design team will arrive on site to begin executing your designs. Every detail of your day will be styled to perfection.

Your WEDDING Day

Six-to-eight weeks before your wedding, we'll reconnect virtually or in-person to discuss all of the final details.

 We'll chat about timelines, confirm guest count, make any final adjustments, and discuss anything else that we need to know about your big day!

Final Meeting

As your planning progresses, it's normal to need to make changes and updates to your initial proposal. We can adjust your design and quantities as needed. If you have any questions along the way, please reach out and let us know.

Once you've approved the proposal, we'll move forward with scheduling your event in our calendar with a contract and retainer.

After our consultation, we'll get to work creating a custom, detailed proposal that we'll email to you. The proposal will include a detailed description of all of the floral elements and decor that we are proposing, along with an itemized estimate.

During our consultation, we like to get to know you and your vision for your wedding day. We'll discuss details like your inspirations, what florals appeal to you, the scope of the project at hand, and how best to bring your vision to life. We will work together to create a memorable event.  

Consultations can be done in person at our studio or over the phone and will typically last 30 minutes to an hour.

Fill out our wedding inquiry form with a few key details, like your confirmed wedding date, venue locations, and your contact Information.  

We also like to collect some initial details about your plans, such as your color scheme, wedding style, and anything else that you'd like to share with us! The more details you can provide, the better prepared we can be for our first meeting.

In order to maintain our aesthetic and our attention to detail, we take a limited number of events per weekend. Our full service, custom wedding designs start at $5000. Events that fall on a holiday weekend or are at a distance of 40 miles or more may have a higher minimum.  

However, each event has it's own individual needs and scale, and if you have a smaller event for which you feel Moss & Meadow would be a good fit, we would be happy to discuss this with you.
